  • What materials are used for your products?
    • We use high quality materials such as genuine leather, leatherette, and canvas.
  • If a product runs out of a particular color, will it be restocked?
    • Not necessarily, our products are produced in limited batches, so the next batch might have an entirely different color set.
  • Can I purchase an entire collection, instead of a single piece?
    • Yes, you can purchase the entire collection.
  • Is there a limit on the characters i can use for customization?
    • Yes, each product's description will note up to how many characters the customized section can accommodate.
  • Do some personalization options fit better than others with some products?
    • We provide recommendations on styles that fit certain products, but you're free to select a style for your product, provided that it is an available option.

  • What are your shipping fees?
    • Our shipping fees are as follows:
      • For orders Php1500 and above: FREE shipping
      • Within Metro Manila : Php100
      • Outside Metro Manila : Php200 outside Metro Manila
  • How long does it take for my order to be prepared, shipped, and delivered?
    • Preparing and shipping your order takes around 7-10 working days unless otherwise indicated.

      • What Banks do you have?
        • Our banks are as follows:
          • Banco De Oro (BDO)
          • Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI)
      • How long do customers have to make the payment before their order is cancelled and items returned to stock?
        • Customers need to deposit their payment within two (2) working days or their order will be cancelled.
      • How do Customers notify Belleza that they have paid for their product
        • They may send their deposit slip via email or to our Viber number within the payment window.
      • May I settle my payment via Bank Mobile app or online transfers?
        • Yes you may, but kindly provide the appropriate receipt.
    • Do you accept returns/exchanges of personalized items?
      • Unfortunately, personalized items cannot be accepted for returns and refunds. Rest assured that your orders are carefully checked, processed, and packed before shipping.
